Warranty

Warranty on all restorations made in L-dental Laboratory shall be granted for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery of the prosthesis to the dental office, called forward as the date of issue warranty card with the exception of dental restorations such as:
» temporary crowns and bridges
» microdentures up to 3 teeth
» immediate and early dentures

The warranty on replacement parts working attachmens in prosthetic restorations made in the L-dental Laboratory is granted for a period of 3 months from the date of issue of the warranty card.

Individual warranty on selected fixed and prosthetic work is recorded in the warranty card.

Guarantees are not subject to:
» damage caused by patient’s interference or other non-authorized persons such as:
- Bends and distortion in the metal frameworks
- Self-gluing of broken dentures
- Any other attempt to repair damaged dentures and their damage outside the mouth,
» damages (fractures, cracks, chafing) prosthesis resulting from subsidence of dental restorations,
» all repair work except dental warranty.
 

Guarantee shall not be granted when:
» patient do not pay control visits in the dental office (during the warranty period)
» the patient does not maintain proper hygiene restorations
» a change of color when the return of prosthetic patient
» restoration will not be received from the dentist within 14 days from the date of receipt, marked by the doctor
» prosthetic work is designed against the dental rules
» appear a leaks of fixed dentures and combined elements done immediately after teeth extraction.

Proof of the guarantee is included with the warranty card with a batch number.
The warranty card is the only document entitled to warranty work and must be attached to the order of the guarantee. If you lose your warranty card a duplicate will not be issued, and the repair will not be considered as a warranty.
