Warranty

Warranty on all restorations made in L-dental Laboratory shall be granted for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery of the prosthesis to the dental office, called forward as the date of issue warranty card with the exception of dental restorations such as:
» temporary crowns and bridges
» microdentures up to 3 teeth
» immediate and early dentures

The warranty on replacement parts working attachmens in prosthetic restorations made in the L-dental Laboratory is granted for a period of 3 months from the date of issue of the warranty card.

Individual warranty on selected fixed and prosthetic work is recorded in the warranty card.

Guarantees are not subject to:
» damage caused by patient’s interference or other non-authorized persons such as:
- Bends and distortion in the metal frameworks
- Self-gluing of broken dentures
- Any other attempt to repair damaged dentures and their damage outside the mouth,
» uszkodzenia (złamania, pęknięcia, przetarcia) protez wynikające z osiadania uzupełnień protetycznych
» wszelkie naprawy prac protetycznych z wyjątkiem napraw gwarancyjnych.
 

Gwarancji nie udziela się gdy:
» pacjent nie odbywa wizyt kontrolnych w gabinecie dentystycznym (w okresie trwania gwarancji)
» nie utrzymuje właściwej higieny uzupełnień protetycznych
» następuje zmiana koloru po założeniu uzupełnienia protetycznego
» uzupełnienie protetyczne odebrane od lekarza dentysty w terminie 14 dni od daty odbioru naznaczonej przez tego lekarza
» prace protetyczne zaprojektowane są niezgodnie z zasadami oprotezowania
» nieszczelności przęseł protez stałych i elementów stałych prac kombinowanych wykonanych tuż po ekstrakcji zębów na nie wygojonych zębodołach.

Dowodem udzielonej gwarancji jest dołączona do wykonanej protezy karta gwarancyjna z numerem serii. Karta gwarancyjna jest jedynym dokumentem uprawnionym do żądania wykonanej naprawy gwarancyjnej i musi być zlecenia gwarancyjnego. W razie zgubienia karty gwarancyjnej duplikat nie będzie wydany, a naprawa nie będzie traktowana jako gwarancja.
