Every dentist is looking for such a laboratory, which will give him security, a professional organization of cooperation and quality products. To the above statement was made, the appropriate conditions for cooperation between the cabinet and the laboratory should be referred.

Proposed terms of cooperation:
The laboratory is open from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 5 pm throughout the year, except on public holidays.
Order information to be made by phone between 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday: tel. + 48 48 / 33 14 500 (laboratory)
lub w godzinach 10 am - 6 pm (dni robocze): tel. +48 602 660 186 (courier L-dental).
Orders in Radom are collected and delivered between 10 am - 12 pm i 4 am - 6 pm (weekdays) by own transport.
Orders for non-Radom cabinets are delivered by courier companies (DHL, the Polish Post), or PKS / Bus.
Complete work order to the prosthetic laboratory includes: disinfected impression (full arch), based on which the work will be performed, an impression of opposing teeth (full arch), short-circuit record and completed the work protocol (laboratory card) in which to write the following:
- the name of your doctor
- surname and name of the patient
- date of collection of impressions
- treatment plan
- color and shape of the patient's teeth
- the date of execution of the order.
Information (eg. pictures) in the form of files are accepted into address: labor@l-dental.pl or any digital media attached to the order.
